Deck and Stair Inspections
We are fully certified and insured to conduct deck and suspended stair inspections at Multi-Family properties. We complete each inspection and deliver detailed documentation to the owner to ensure SB 721 and/or SB 326 compliance.

Re-inspections
Once repair work is complete, Stevenson Team Construction will return to the property and verify the work was done correctly to satisfy SB 721 and/or SB 326 compliance.
