Deck and Stair Inspections
We are fully certified and insured to conduct deck and suspended stair inspections at Multi-Family properties. We complete each inspection and deliver detailed documentation to the owner to ensure SB721 compliance.

Reinspections
Once repair work is completed, Stevenson Team Construction will return to the property and verify the work was completed correctly to satisfy SB721 compliance.
